ABOUT US
Sign of the Times Cultural Workshop & Gallery is a year-round cultural art organization helps raise self-esteem in at-risk children and youth east of the Anacostia River (Wards 7 & 8) encouraging them to become active in their communities expanding their horizons in the visual, performing and literary arts, history and computer literacy. Our outstanding mural program throughout the Washington area has showcase historical national and international minority leaders whose contributions advanced America to its greatness. 

Mission:
Our mission is to offer year-round affordable cultural programs to the resident of Wards 7 & 8 in order to provide artistic avenues of expression of energy and creativity.
SOTT is a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit cultural arts organization founded in 1970 by Jimmy Greggs and D’Anne DuBois; for the purpose of starting a year-round art center for disadvantage children and teens  east of the Anacostia River.
